So, come with me as I unlock and enter the room. Stay with me as I reminisce the past; Tightly hold my hand as I face the present; And let our minds travel the future. Together, we will explore the BEAUTY of LIFE...
Back to Manila
April 15, 2009This is the first day of our Cross Training for Retail Customer Service. During the first 30 minutes of our shift, we were like petics (not doing anything since Fe was late!) Although our training with Fe was such a lot of fun (she has full of energy at super kulit, parang di nauubusan ng jokes), we still felt dizzy… promise… my eyes wanted to close na (kulang na lang tungkod) and nahihiya kami sa kanya.
No calls for today! Or safe to say 30 minutes before our log-out, my Team Leader asked us to logged in and take-in calls but we don’t need to offer. The process just needed our presence since they have 10 calls in queue.
And then we took the Information Risk exam and I got 90%.
Ms. Dada also had a chance to talk to us. She was just updating us about the process situation… and it’s crucial! I don’t know maybe if we failed to pass the process Conversion Rate this month, maybe our Canadian business partner will have to pull out the whole process (Sales, Retail Customer Service, and Mastercard Customer Service). She asked us our full commitment and even forced us to give a figure that we need to obtain by the end of this month. And realistically, I gave my commitment to 23% to 25% MTD Conversion Rate. OMG! What will happen to us? Will we lost our job if by the end of April we can’t meet the expectations or the goal set by our Business Partner? Wag naman sana…
Today, Daddy heads back to Manila! Yehey! And I think by this very moment, he is still inside the bus hehehe…
